Don’t Go Breaking My Heart … I Couldn’t If I Tried?

On Valentines Day Emma Joined Paul Ripley and Jo Lowes at FAB Radio International for a special 1 hour show. Raising money for Christies and MacMillan.

Emma was talking about matters of the heart, but not those of the romantic type! She looked at cardiovascular disease and other long term conditions and how positively changing our lifestyle can prevent literal heart break through ill health!

There were lots of classic and cheesy tunes played during the session, but all had important and relative health messages.

 

Fab Radio Station owner Paul loved having Emma on the show and was fascinated so much that he took over with his questioning –  Emma done well to keep up with Paul and his questioning and here at In-House Health we think she done a great job for her first ever live session!
